9-27-13 Tips for buying and selling!

Hey everyone o.e
long time no see.
(Livin' the softball life here)
FIRST VIDEO UP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBFOd8V25hE&feature=youtu.be
Anyway, today I'll show you some tips on MP trading.

1.) Trading for bigger items
Such as: Clown nose, Zombie Shirt, Happy Cloud, Demon eyes exc.
-For bigger items, make a good impression. Maybe offer on some of the sellers smaller items first, so they know that you will (hopefully) make a great offer. If you offer on enough smaller items, they might even look forward to more offers from you, and send a friend request.
DON'T
-offer repeatedly on 1 item. I know that this can get quite annoying, because I recently have become a temp. resident and have items on the MP.
-send 'joke' offers. (Shouldn't be less than half unless its an auto accept) Like this one:
 2.) Trading tips in general
DO
-go to the events page, and scroll all the way down. Then start to work your way up until you see a 'offer on my items' event. Click on the persons face and then offer. This increases your chances of getting the item because many sellers get anxious to trade. (If you have not noticed all of the bios that say: OFFER ON MY ITEMS IM BORED)
-If a profile says the above ^^^^^^^^^^^^ then take a look at their wishlist, bragbag, and then mp. If the seller/trader does not have good items, talk to them and throw in something from their wishlist, but say that in order for you to give them the item, they have to agree to you taking the item from their brag bag, that's not currently up for sale or trade. (This usually works, considering that the seller is bored!)

3.) Negotiating buying prices.
For the seller:
-SET YOURSELF A MINIMUM SELLING PRICE, YOU WILL NOT GO LOWER THAN THIS
-Don't exactly make it clear what your minimum selling price is. Think about it yourself, then tell the interested buyer a number slightly higher. You may want to go on their profile and check how many coins they have.
(Ex. Raise 2,000,000 coins to 2,400,000...DEPENDING ON HOW MANY COINS THE INTERESTED BUYER HAS! THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU CAN FEND THEM OFF BY PRICING TO HIGH!)
-Have a tough gut. Don't budge ANY lower. Because if you do, well, my friend, you've just gotten squeezed like a lemon.
-Befriend them. They'll raise their offer.
For the buyer:
Just like the last tip for the seller
-Befriend them. The seller will be happy to trade with a friend. (Don't fall for raising your offer more than 500,000 unless its more than a ten-million dollar item.)
-go to the events page, and scroll all the way down. Then start to work your way up until you see a 'buy my items' or 'selling cheap' event. Click on the persons face and add them as a friend. I don't recommend directly buying because you may be a sucker to a bad price. This increases your chances of getting the item because many sellers get anxious to sell. (If you have not noticed all of the bios that say: BUY MY MP)

I may add more later, but that's all for now.
I'll try and start posting more, but my posts may be reduced to smaller ones just so that I can post more frequently and get more page views.
